Bailey Bertapelle/ Interim Recreation Director
Bailey’s journey with NORA started as a student at Grand Haven High School, where he taught programs as an after school job. He later returned as Day Camp Site Leader and then completed an internship during his Sports Management studies at Grand Valley State University, and officially joined the NORA team full-time in 2023. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys camping, cheering on all Detroit sports teams and anything MSU - Go Green!

Jackie Rowland / Recreation Program Coordinator - Youth & Outdoor Programs
Jackie has been part of the NORA team since 2016, creating and coordinating programs that bring families and the community together. With a special passion for outdoor recreation, she’s always finding new ways to connect people to nature and each other. Outside of work, Jackie can be found spending time with her kids, kayaking, hiking, cross-country skiing, or simply enjoying Michigan’s great outdoors.
