NORA Youth Archery

NORA’s Youth Archery program offers year-round opportunities for beginners through intermediate-level archers to learn, grow, and have fun in the sport. Our clinics and camps emphasize safety first, with every session reviewing proper shooting techniques and range protocols. In the spring, archers can take their skills to the next level by joining a team that practices together and competes in a tournament on the east side of the state. All programs are under the guidance of USA Archery Certified Instructors and follow the USA Archery curriculum. Thanks to our partnership with the North Ottawa Rod & Gun Club, participants enjoy outdoor shooting as long as the weather allows before moving indoors for winter sessions.

Fall 2025

November 3D Archery

Join Ms Jackie Rowland for a 4-week November session! We will work exclusively on 3D shooting going between the two 3d ranges at North Ottawa Rod & Gun Club. We will master scoring, shooting from different distances and we will even include some fun games like PIG & HORSE. 

Registration for this class also includes registration for the November 26 3D Fun Shoot by entering code "November" at checkout.

NORA Youth Archery 3D Fun Shoot

Are you up for the challenge? Join fellow local youth archers for a fun 3D Archery Challenge. You will be assigned 10 targets based on the level you register for and you will walk around the 3D Range shooting 3 ends (arrows) on each of those targets. You will turn in your top 8 scores and prizes will be awarded to the top 2 archers in each division and age group. Plus! There will be a pumpkin fun shoot as a fundraiser for the NORA Outdoor Recreation Programs which includes archery.
