Youth Canoe Fishing Camp - Summer 2026

Give your young angler an unforgettable fishing adventure! This 4-day camp (ages 6-16) combines canoeing and fishing on beautiful local waters. With canoes provided by Lakeshore Kayak Rental and tackle included, kids will learn paddling techniques, fishing skills, and water safety. Life jackets are required—let’s reel in some fun!

Monday - Wednesday, July 27 - 29 - 9am - 10:30am
Launch from Lakeshore Kayak Rental on Cleveland in Spring Lake

Kids will be in canoes with other kids, please practice touching bait, touching fish, baiting a hook, casting and taking off a fish ahead of time. There won't necessarily be an adult in their canoe able to do these things for them. Ms Jackie will be in a kayak and able to get to kids' canoes to help but if they have some foundational knowledge of these things and aren't squeamish it makes camp a lot more fun.
