Youth Archery - 3D Shooting - Fall 2025

Bundle up and join Ms Jackie for a November sesion of outdoor archery! 

We will be completely on the 3D Ranges at North Ottawa Rod & Gun Club for these sessions and all are welcome to sign up whether you have only visited the 3D Range during a beginners archery class or you are ready to take your skills to the next level. We will shoot on all 3D targets at NORGC and track our scores for each week so we can see how we improve. We will also throw in games like PIG/HORSE and balloon popping challenges. 

If by chance, we have a terrible weather day (it is November in Michigan), we won't cancel, we will move indoors to shoot on the indoor archery targets and play games to make it more fun and challenging.

Mondays - 4:30 - 5:30pm Ages 6-12

Registration includes entry into NORA Youth 3D Archery Fun Shoot on Wednesday, November 26.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • What should I wear?: Dress for the weather - we will be outside even if it is sprinkling. Heavy rain or snow or a thunderstorm will bring us indoors but otherwise, plan to be outside! Shoes/boots REQUIRED - no crocs, no sandals.
  • Can I bring my own bow?: Yes - if you have your own bow, you are welcome to bring it. We will provide arrows if you would like to use our arrows to avoid losing yours.
  • Do I need my own bow?: No - we have plenty of bows and arrows to lend out for the class. You do not need to bring your own.
  • Can parents stay?: We are never going to say no to parents wanting to observe their kids and take an interest in their kids extra curricular activities. We do ask that you leave the coaching up to the coaches and only offer encouragement and support as your child shoots. You must also stay back 5 yards from the shooting line for safety purposes.
